  • High-volume periods, auctions, specialty items, or authentication processes may extend handling times.

  • Buyers will be notified if a significant delay occurs.

B. Custom, Oversized, or Fragile Items

Some items (high-end collectibles, framed pieces, large lots, or specialty shipments) may require additional processing time for protective packaging.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (international when available)

Buyers may receive multiple shipping options at checkout based on location, availability, and item weight.

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments whenever available.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the item

  • Shipping speed selected

  • Destination (domestic or international)

  • Insurance or signature requirements (for high-value items)

Some listings may offer flat-rate shipping, free shipping, or combined shipping, as indicated on the product page.

4. COMBINED SHIPPING

If you purchase multiple items, we will make reasonable efforts to combine shipments to reduce shipping costs.
Combined shipping availability may depend on:

  • Item size

  • Fragility

  • Auction timing

  • Packaging requirements

If combined shipping is not possible, items may be shipped separately for safety.

5. PACKAGING STANDARDS

We take pride in professional packaging to protect your purchase.
This may include:

  • Rigid mailers or cardboard boxes

  • Bubble wrap, foam, or protective sleeves

  • Team bags or top loaders (for trading cards)

  • Fragile labels and secure taping

High-value items may include additional protective materials or require signature delivery.

6. SHIPPING INSURANCE

We may include insurance on shipments at our discretion or when required for high-value items.
Buyers may request additional insurance before payment—additional fees may apply.

Claims for lost or damaged items are subject to carrier rules and investigation timelines.

7. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Peak holiday seasons

  • Remote locations

Only The Finest cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select countries outside the United States.
Buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any additional charges imposed by destination countries

We do not mark shipments as “gift” or lower declared value.

International delivery timelines vary based on customs processing.

9. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Buyers must ensure that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned because of address errors, reshipping fees may apply.

10. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Estimated delivery window

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

11. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

A. Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or indicates loss, we will open a carrier investigation.
Refunds or replacements are issued only after investigation is completed.

B. Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of packaging and item

  • Retain all packing materials for carrier inspection

C. Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the item, buyers must:

  • Check with neighbors or building staff

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • File a missing package claim

Only The Finest is not liable for theft after delivery confirmation.

12. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

For high-value items or at our discretion, shipments may require:

  • Adult signature

  • Photo-confirmed delivery

  • Additional verification

This protects both the buyer and seller from fraud or misdelivery.

13. RETURNS & REFUSED DELIVERIES

If a shipment is refused or returned to sender due to incorrect address or failure to pick up from the carrier:

  • Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • If a refund is approved, original shipping fees are non-refundable
